  1. To qualify for up to a $300 waiver of Elavon’s six-month equipment rental fee or the monthly maintenance fee, the new merchant account must be established between May 2 and October 31, 2022, and the account must be activated by authorizing and settling a $10 transaction prior to November 30, 2022. Credits will be applied to the Elavon statement within two (2) months following the account activation.
  2. To qualify for the $200 Cathay Bank checking account credit, a new merchant account must be established with Elavon merchant services between May 2 and October 31, 2022. Clients must activate their merchant account within 30 days after it is opened and must fund a Cathay Bank Advanced Business Checking or Commercial Analysis Checking account. If these qualifiers are not completed by the required date, the credit will be forfeited. Applicable account fees must be collected before account credit will be processed.
  3. Additional fees may apply. Separate agreements and other fees may accompany the additional services referenced in the materials.
